Apple/Mac Support and CDA Response
Posted: October 23rd, 2007 | Author: dotblack | Filed under: Tech, UAE | 1 Comment »Back on the subject of Macs support in Abu Dhabi, in the last post I put all my anger out at the Computer Direct Access service center, and after Magnus posted it on Emirates Mac forum, I finally got a real response from the Branch Manager at CDA Abu Dhabi. After a quick conversation with Mr. Mustafa, I concluded the problem with him to be the receptionist who did not answer no questions neither did he took care of the matter or follow up.
It’s a matter of being frustrated when one does post about a real life customer service issue, at the end of the day, it’s all about knowing what’s up, and the front-line of a service agent is the customer service desk which in my opinion should be really respectfull and responsive to anyone who calls. It’s a silly issue when you think of it, but once again, it’s frustrating not knowing what’s really up and not being able to track or get posted on any issue.
Thanks go to Magnus, and Mustafa for the quick replies.
